Shipping policy

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout by USPS, UPS, or DHL based on the item’s size, weight, and destination. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after being placed.

Example: If you place an order on Monday at 9:00 AM EST, your item will ship by Wednesday morning at the latest.

International Shipping (Canada & Duty Fees):

Customers placing orders for delivery to Canada or other destinations that may incur import duties are responsible for all applicable duty charges. However, if DHL is selected at checkout, all duties are prepaid and included in the shipping cost. If UPS is selected, duties are not prepaid and may be billed separately by customs.

Free Shipping Terms:

• Free shipping is available only within the continental U.S.

• Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada do not qualify for free shipping, regardless of order value.
