How Do I Return an Item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Returns received after the 14-day window may not be eligible for a full refund.

Items returned outside the 14 day window will not be eligible for full refund. 

Items returned without consent from Tite-Lok may not be eligible for full refund. Please use the chat feature or email us to receive proper return instructions.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the item and the packaging, and email them to customerservice@titelok.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Missing Parts:

If parts are missing from your order, please contact us within 14 days using the website chat feature, by phone, or by emailing customerservice@titelok.com. We’re happy to assist you.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final Sale and custom items are not eligible for return.

International Returns:

Returns are not accepted for international orders unless the item is damaged during shipping. In this case, photos must be taken and emailed to customerservice@titelok.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
